Taylors Mill

Their Problem

  1. The Taylors Mill is a nearly 1 million square foot facility with over 75 tenants. They needed a way to feature their tenants and show available spaces for leasing.

  2. As the population of tenants grew, the Mill needed a way to allow tenants to submit tickets for work that needed to be done in and around their spaces.

  3. The Taylors Mill is also a very unique property that photographers are drawn to. They needed a system to manage the approval process for photographers and bookings.

Our Solution

  1. We maintain their website, showcasing current tenants and allowing visitors to find and interact with them. We also created a database to display what spaces are available for potential tenants.

  2. We created an automated system ticket capturing system that allows tenants to submit work requests and see the status of their requests.

  3. We created an automated system that—based on certain criteria—allows photographers to become “approved” in their system and book times to use the facility or outdoor space. The system sends each booking pertinent information. This saves the Taylors Mill office staff from having to individually approve and communicate with requests, saving them time and money.
